Can a recreational drone pilot be fined by the FAA for posting on Social Media? Does the FAA find Drone Rule Violators on Social Media, Arrest, Prosecute and Fine You, after being Reported? YES. This was before Remote ID was released on 12/28/2020 so that interview will be in the future… So what do they look for, how do they decide on what rules and regulations to pursue and who do they prosecute? I did an FAA interview to find out just that and offering it here for your enjoyment. Oh, and in an attempt to keep somewhat “dry” information a little more entertaining this time I created a little humorous short film intro and Collaboration (and outro) that I hope you enjoy!
