While in Ukraine with Bikes4Ukraine, Mikael was invited, quite suddenly, to visit the secret Drone Lab in Kyiv, where a team of volunteer engineers make all sorts of drones to send to Ukrainian soldiers in the field. So he pulled out his phone and starting filming Maxim, the man who started the lab in the early days of the Russian invasion. They worked 24/7 in the early stages of the war, as Russia advanced on Kyiv and bombed cities around the capital, like Bucha and Borodyanka. They continue to make drones for the battles in the east, in Donbas
The lab makes many drones for different tasks and modifies existing drones for service on the battlefield. They use and modify FPV drones, UAV drones, Mavic 3 drones, Autel drones and make their own, cheap version of Orlan drones. #standwithukraine
